Non-Performance: If Greaterscale Growth fails to deliver the services as outlined in the service agreement, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellation Prior to Service Commencement: If you cancel the service before we begin work on your project, you are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Completion: If a project is partially completed and you wish to cancel, we will issue a prorated refund based on the work completed to date.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by you are non-refundable.
Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Digital Products and Reports: Any digital products or reports provided as part of our services are non-refundable once delivered.
4. Refund Process

Review and Decision: Upon receiving your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 14 business days.
Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

As our services are digital and/or consultancy-based, there are no physical products to return. However, if there are any issues with the deliverables, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

If you have not received your refund within the specified time:
